About
We started with the people other providers couldn't support.
Nima Care is an NDIS support coordination and support work provider in Melbourne, working across Victoria with adults with psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability and autism.
Our story
Where we started
Nima Care was set up in 2021 to support adults with a disability who were in and out of hospital, about to lose a home, or dealing with the courts, and whose previous providers couldn't support them.
We learned that the hard part was rarely the person. It was the gaps between services: a discharge with no one waiting, a release date with no plan, a carer who'd been holding everything for a decade and finally couldn't.
So that's what we built around: staying with people through the transitions, and making the systems talk to each other so the person doesn't have to.

What we believe
Day to day
How we work
One team
Support coordination and support work sit side by side, and you can choose us for one or both.
Matched workers
Language, culture, age, interests, gender. We support people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and we ask before we roster.
A reply within 24 hours
A person replies, and once support starts you'll have a main contact.
Registered and audited
We're a registered NDIS provider, audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. Every worker is screened, and there's a clear complaints process. Here's how to use it.
Across Victoria
Melbourne based, working across Victoria.
Who we work with
Adults with psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability and autism. The people who support them, and the coordinators, planners, hospitals, housing and legal services who refer them to us.
Join the team
We hire people who turn up, who listen, and who don't flinch at a hard week. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
