Start here›I need support
Call us. We'll work out the rest together.
For adults with an NDIS plan, or who might be eligible for one. You don't need a referral, and you don't need to have everything sorted before you call.
What it costs you
If support coordination or support work is in your NDIS plan, the plan pays for it, not you.
The first conversation is free. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

What we help with
We help with your NDIS plan, and with the things around it.
Speaking up for youWith the NDIS, hospitals, housing, Centrelink, and anyone else who needs to hear it. We put it in writing and we follow up.
Getting through a changeLeaving hospital, moving house, leaving custody, starting again. We start planning before it happens.
Health and mental healthGPs, psychiatry, alcohol and other drug services, allied health. We help you get connected and keep the appointments from falling over.
Support in the communityGetting to appointments, building a routine and getting out and about, with a worker alongside you.
Support at homePersonal care, help around the house, and the day-to-day of living independently.
How to start
There are three ways people usually come to us. Pick the one that sounds like you.
I have an NDIS plan.
Call us or send a message. We'll ask about your plan, what's in it, and what you want to change. If support coordination is in your plan, we can talk about starting. If it isn't, we'll tell you how to ask for it.
I don't have an NDIS plan yet.
You might still be eligible. We'll talk you through what the NDIS looks for, and tell you if a Local Area Coordinator is the better first call.
My plan isn't working.
Plans can be reviewed. If your plan doesn't match what you actually need, we help you gather the evidence and ask for a change.

Questions
Things people ask us
Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact us yourself.
What if I've been with other providers before?
That's fine. You don't need to explain what happened. We'll ask what you want to be different this time.
What if I'm in hospital or in custody right now?
Call us, or ask a nurse, social worker or case manager to call us. We can start planning before you leave.
What if I'm using drugs or alcohol?
You don't need to be sober to start with us. We plan the support around alcohol and drug use.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. A family member, a friend, an advocate, a worker. Anyone you trust.
What does it cost me?
If support coordination or support work is in your NDIS plan, the plan pays. The first conversation is free.
