We want everyone to be able to use this website and our services. This page explains what we do, what we are still working on, and how to get help.
This website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That means we try to:
- Write in plain language with short sentences.
- Use clear headings so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Give every image a text description.
- Make sure text has enough contrast against the background.
- Make every link and button usable with a keyboard.
- Make the site work on phones and tablets.
We know we are not there on every page yet. Some older pages have images without descriptions and text that is smaller than it should be. We are fixing these as we rebuild the site.
