What we do›Support at home
Help at home that fits around your life.
Personal care, help around the house and the day-to-day of running your own place. For anyone who wants a worker who turns up on time and treats your home as your home.
What support at home means
Support at home is the practical side of running your own place: a shower and getting dressed, the shopping and cooking, laundry that's piled up, or someone to sit with while the bills get sorted.
You decide what gets done and how. We bring a worker who turns up on time, does things with you or for you depending on what you want, and treats your home as your home.
Support at home
What we help with
Personal care
Showering, dressing, grooming, medication reminders and getting in and out of bed, done respectfully by a worker you've met and chosen.
Around the house
Cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping and the small jobs that pile up. We work alongside you, at your pace.
Living with others
Support in shared living arrangements: routines, rosters, keeping the household running and making sure everyone gets what they need.

Getting started
How it starts
Call us
Call us, or ask your support coordinator to. If you already have a coordinator elsewhere, we work with them. If you don't have one and want one, we can do both.
We meet you at home
We'll meet you at home, work out what you want help with and introduce a worker before the first shift.
What it costs
If support work is funded in your plan's Core budget, the plan pays for it, not you. Before anything starts, we'll show you how the hours in your plan translate into shifts, so there are no surprises at review time.
Questions
Things people ask us
Can I choose my worker?
Yes. We introduce a worker before the first shift and you can say no. You can also ask for a change at any time without giving a reason.
What if I don't want a stranger in my home?
That's normal. The first visit can be a coffee with the worker, with someone you trust there. Nothing has to happen until you're ready.
Do you do overnight or weekend shifts?
Yes, where the plan funds them. Support doesn't stop for weekends or public holidays.
What if I live with other people?
We support people in shared arrangements every day. We'll work out with you what's yours, what's shared and how the household runs.
Do I need a support coordinator to get support work?
No. You can come to us directly. If you have a coordinator, we work with them.
How we work
Shoes off at the door, tea before anything else, radio on. However your house runs, we fit in.
