We hire people who turn up, who listen, and who don't flinch at a hard week.

The roles we hire for

• Support coordinators. You know the NDIS, and you know the housing, health and legal systems around it. You can write a report a planner will act on, and you pick up the phone.
• Disability support workers. Personal care, help around the house, getting out and about. You turn up on time, you treat someone's home as their home, and you tell us before a shift if something has come up.
• Peer workers. People with their own lived experience of mental health, who can sit with someone on a bad day without trying to fix it.

We don't need you to have done all of it before. We care more about how you treat people than where you've worked. Experience with hospitals, housing, corrections or alcohol and other drug services is useful, and so is speaking another language.

What working here is like

• Small team. You know who to call, and they know your name.
• Shifts and caseloads that fit around your life, as far as the work allows. We talk about it before you start, not after.
• Training and mentoring from the people who run the service day to day. Nobody gets left to work it out alone.
• Work that is hard some weeks. We say that up front, and we back you when it is.
