Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website and our services. This page explains what we do, what we are still working on, and how to get help.

This website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That means we try to:

  • Write in plain language with short sentences.
  • Use clear headings so screen readers can navigate the page.
  • Give every image a text description.
  • Make sure text has enough contrast against the background.
  • Make every link and button usable with a keyboard.
  • Make the site work on phones and tablets.

We rebuilt this website in October 2026 and we are still checking it. If something does not work for you, tell us.

Our services

  • We can meet you at home, at our office, at a place you choose, or by phone or video.
  • Our office at Ground Floor, 470 St Kilda Road has step-free access.
  • We can arrange an interpreter, including Auslan. We will work out the cost before we book one.
  • We can provide documents in plain language, large print or another format on request.
  • You can bring a support person, advocate or family member to any meeting.
